DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL
Shaded by 100-year old plane trees, this charming 1900s hotel, restored to its former glory, provides accomodation in pastel-decorated rooms with view of the hills and the spa resort. Cross the shaded terrace to the restaurant set in a pavillion with a beautifully wood-crafted roof. The interior of the dining room - soft colours, the sky blue ceiling and the fruit bushes are all perfectly in tunewith the Mediterranean surroundings. The nature of the dishes is dictated by the seasons and by local produce - giving you a real taste of the region.

At the gateway to the Regional Natural Park of Upper Languedoc, 80km NW of Montpellier, the spa resort of Lamalou les Bains is reputed for its water and its operetta festival in summer. What a difficult choice to make - the beach, just 40km away, the Espinouse mountains, the Caroux massif, rising to an altitude of 1000m.
