The restaurants in the Logis network are classified into four categories : 1, 2, 3 "cocottes" or "tables distinguées".


: hearty cuisine focusing on regional and traditional recipes, served within a simple, warm and friendly setting.
{cocottes }
: a comfortable restaurant and attentive service to enjoy gourmet cuisine that encourages the discovery of your regions.


: an elegant restaurant offering gastronomic cuisine, creative and refined, highlighting the art of cooking and featuring meticulous service. All of the pleasures of gastronomy.


: for restaurants that have been honoured that year in at least one of the three guides of reference : Michelin (from one star upwards), Bottin Gourmand (from one star upwards), Gault & Millau (from two Chef's hats upwards).
Classification is established according to a very checklist of more than 180 crietria. And nothing is final : the classification of a Logis can be reviewed at any given moment. The Charter Committee reserves the right at all times to downgrade, or even strike off, any establishments which fail to meet the standards of the Logislabel. Your comments, collected by the Quality Monitoring Department, play a key role in the reappraisal process.
